    Wouldn't bother, I phoned up before a 90 mile round trip to be told they had a large selection of women's mountainbikes in a £500-600 price bracket and can test ride them only to get there and be shown the two they actually had, what a waste of time I'll buy elsewhere

    Exceptional service from LL Daventry. I have used these guys numerous times to fix/service my mountain bikes as well as order spare parts. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and the mechanics are really good. A few times I turned up at short notice and they still made time to help me out and fix the issue. I will continue to recommend the shop to anyone I know. Thanks people.

    These guys are totally great - had to pop in after yet another pothole split tyre and within 20 mins was leaving with a new one fitted and some great advice on valves. This is the third time I've had to stop in for an emergency repair and each time they have gone above any beyond to make sure I get up and running again without multiplpe trips back. Really appreciate the service and advice. Ps. Just a reequest - but can consider some plant based options in the cafe? Would have loved a slice of cake and coffee whilst waiting...

    I phoned on two occasions prior travelling 50 minutes both ways to order a mountain bike through Halfords Cycle2work scheme which I had been told that I could use. When I got there I was told that I couldn’t use it unless I paid a 10% surcharge which would be £200 as the voucher was for £2000. Two different members of staff told me this so please educate your staff so to stop this in the future.

My parcel was supposed to arrive yesterday and hasn't. I am going to a bike park on Saturday and need the items I bought.
