A great selection of eriba from the smallest pan to the rather large but very nice 500s. With excellent helpful service and good aftersales service. If you want advice I can highly recommend Cameron. He left us to look around and popped up occasionally to answer any questions. If you know you want an Eriba, then this is a good place to start your search. We did not feel pressured to buy and were given good advice overall we were very pleased. If I ever feel the need to trade our 410 in for an upgrade or perhaps something smaller, then Ill be back here. A year on and we are still very happy with the 410. Cameron’s advice turned out to be spot on. Just taken the van for a service and damp check. Customer service was still excellent. They went the extra mile to fit us in and once again did a great job.

We had decided to change our old caravan (a 2 berth 1998 Van Royce that we had owned for 5 years or so), and have long admired the traditional Eriba models for their evolved qualities. On a whim we called in to Leisure First just for a look, mainly to eliminate them from our search as we thought that they might not suit us. Manager Cameron greeted us warmly and listened to what we had to say, and simply suggested that we have a look around the stock - they were all open to view - and we were trusted to look on our own. We found the subtle differences in layout and specification a little confusing at first, but with a bit of careful explanation and patient support (and a lot of deliberation on our part) we decide that we were used to the layout and facilities that we had and found a well specc'ed Troll 540GT that suited us perfectly. Of course we spent more than we had intended, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy, and we are completely happy with our choice. Handover was excellent too - the van is in as new condition thanks to careful preparation - and we are looking forward to our first trip out. Friday morning he gave us a PX price for our 2017 Eriba Touring 430 and by 4pm the following Monday we had our brand new Touring 430. Charmaine showed us various models of Eriba C/vans and was very helpful and gave good advice. We finally chose an Eriba Puck. Good information was given regarding both using and towing as well as extra’s needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Having towed the ‘van back home I queried a minor issue. Cameron promised to have it collected, sorted and returned. Even though it was some 70 miles + (each way) it was collected the following day - and will be delivered on a date of my choosing Excellent service and would highly recommend. Thanks to Cameron, Charmaine, Kevin and the rest of the team at Leisure first.

This is an update to our previous review, and once again Cameron and his team have excelled! We traded in our amazingly loved and cared for Eriba 320GT for an amazing Eriba 430GT. The 430GT which we bought from Cameron is excellent, totally great condition and is exactly what we needed too. Cameron explained to us the key differences and how to use the motor mover too. We are thrilled! Thanks a lot to Cameron and his team! We thoroughly recommend Lesiure First!!

Went to Leisure First on Friday to take our van for a minor repair. While there decided to change our van for an Ocean Drive. Thanks to Hayden for sorting it out so fast as we wanted to take the new van home the same day. Ryan changed locks, clamps, number plates and battery. Love the new van and can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Superb service as usual, second time we have purchased a van from them. Great stock something to suit all Eriba fans. We are four hours away in Staffordshire but it is worth the drive. Well done. Garry and Ali Clarke.
