Ridiculous I ordered for take away and they priority all the online delivery and kept me wait for long time and even gave the wrong order. I ordered for two shawarma but mistakenly gave only one shawarma. Shamed the food is good but the front staff lady isnt polite and isnt good communication.

Not very busy when I walked in ,so quick service more people came in as the night when on Simple menu a tad pricey for what it is Had the chicken wrap was ok asked for fries and extra halloumi ,don't think I got the extra halloumi ! Wasn't asked if I wanted and anything else what food was given like sauces, some of the fries where under cooked as had bad stomach cramp afterwards and need the toilet as soon as I got back to the hotel! At least they say they charge you for service charge but still should be optional if you leave a tip or not ! Probably wouldn't go back if in the area again as lots of restaurants close by .
