As a single guy I don't normally use launderettes when there to wash s duvet I ask the owner what size machine would be best he replied read the noticed looked on the walls and they are plastered with notices also wouldn't tell me where to put the powder so had to ask s elderly woman for help that was in there. I won't be going back or using again.

Great customer service and support 👏. I found the staff member so helpful. As a single man and a person that can count on one hand how many times in my life I've used a laundrette. It was to be honest a daunting thought not knowing how to use all the machines and which ones to use as I was washing a duvet. But the lady staff member helped me fully she was fantastic and my thanks goes to her in a big way 👏. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
