(Translated by Google) A mediocre hotel to say the least. Room very small. It's hard to move around. A bed, a tiny wardrobe in which nothing fits because there is a fan in it. Clothes must be kept in suitcases. So little space that it's hard to pass by. Not even a small table. You can only sit on the bed. Large bathroom in poor condition. Maybe there were better rooms, we got this one. Hotel staff on *****. Very helpful. The hotel is in a good location, you can even walk to the very center. There are bars in the area where you can eat an English breakfast or drink a beer in the evening. To bus stops from/to Luton and Stansted airports on foot max 30 min. Despite the flaws, I recommend it. Może były lepsze pokoje, my dostaliśmy akurat taki. Personel hotelu na *****. Bardzo pomocny. Hotel w dobrym miejscu, nawet pieszo można dojść do ścisłego centrum. W okolicy bary gdzie można zjeść angielskie śniadanie lub wieczorem wypić piwo. Do przystanków autobusowych z/na lotnisko Luton i Stansted pieszo max 30 min. Mimo wad polecam.

Basic which some won't like but very clean and looked after. Great value when everyone else overpriced. Ideal for one-nighter before an early Eurostar at St Pancras a few minutes away. Definitely going back Rooms : 3/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 … More

My partner and I stayed at this hotel after going to a concert. We got checked in fine although the room was at the top of 4 flights of dingy stairs. The room itself was small and outdated but had a nice view. The shower didn't drain properly so it started to flood into the bedroom, leaving the carpet wet for the rest of our stay. After the concert we got back to the hotel around 1am and after getting into the room, the receptionist knocked on my door to come downstairs and charged me an extra £30 because the booking made was for 1 person not 2, even though it was a double room and the advertised price is the same for the room whether it's 1 or 2 persons staying. I had a confrontation with the man which resulted in him contacting his manager who refunded me the extra money but the whole experience was really off-putting. Before we left in the morning, we noticed mould on the bedsheets.

(Translated by Google) Very good geolocation (near the train station) which is great because we arrived at 10 p.m. Clean room. On the other hand, single glazing at the level of the windows (we are in December so it was very cold, the air returned and the heating even at the maximum did not change anything). I think the inner court is not clean, because hearing pigeons cooing and fighting at 7 am is not terrible. Very decent bedding, but small bed for two people. Very expensive price for this accommodation. The staff is nevertheless very nice and helpful, thank you (Original) Très bonne géolocalisation (proche de la gare) ce qui est top car nous sommes arrivés à 22h. Chambre propre.
