Excellent school in every way but they have different ethos than other schools though. They accentuate high priority to leadership, communication, teamwork and basic life skills, which are amazing skills to develop for young minds to take them far in every field of life. They provide very good pastoral care. However in order to improve LGH academic ranking and to bring school from Unknown to 'top hundred' (at least) the senior school must change their mindset, let go dissonance and be more 'Academic Orientated' and 'Sports Centric'. They must aim for 80% plus students to achieve A, A* @GCSE and similar at A levels. Must nurture a sports mindset, develop high quality sports teams (tennis, hockey, football, netball etc). Must improve teaching, training techniques to prepare their girls for highend institutes like Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, Loughborough, etc. There is a great potential...
