One of the best reception departments I have ever entered. Helpful, tactful, friendly and very efficient only using their phone and computers! I was lost, frustrated and tired but they eventually got me to my destination with the minimum of information and assistance. Well done the Ladies who eventually got me to my destination / the X/Ray Suite!!

Everything was clean and tidy the nurse was wiping down while I was there, I could see the screen when he gave me an ultra sound, he explained everything to me told me about my shoulder he explained how he was going to perform the guided injection 💉 he would normally give 2 separate injections but because of C19 he only did one, putting both fluids through the one needle.the doctor and nurse were polite and explained everything Everything went well I was in safe hands, if I had to give Marks/points everything they did I would give 10/10, many thanks.....
