I have always found the hospital’s medical care exemplary. My issue concerns the parking. I paid £2.90 for 2 hours. If the income from parking charges is well used, I have no objection….but why persist in demanding such an inconvenient amount? I presume the majority of visitors insert £3 and you benefit from keeping the change, but please consider charging multiples of £1 and, if necessary, adjusting the time appropriately. Think about it….which is more helpful to everyone, £2.90 for 2 hours or £3.00 for 2 hours 10 minutes, say?

Staff in department are lovely ,really tried to make you at ease, explaining everything,The reason I havnt given 5 stars is because the telephone system is horrendous,i tried twice to get through as had been given 2 different appointment times ,once for 1hr 10 mins and second time 1hr 30 mins and didn’t get to speak to anybody, this isn’t good practice and needs sorting ! But this is nothing to do with the lovely staff in endoscopy x
