I paid all my fee for someone that stole my dog for my justice. I had no court date send nor email of the date for hearing. Just a letter stating my claim as been dismissed as noone attended. What an absolutle joke!!!!!

The family court is an utter disgrace, My ex has breached a court order given by this court on several occasions, over Easter she disappeared with my children when they should have been with me, an extremely urgent request for an enforcement order was sent, now two weeks later I have still not had a reply from then, I do not know where my children are and they gave not return ed to school. This court is an utter disgrace
