Recently purchased an E-tron from Leicester Audi. After having previously dealt with othere branches trying to purchase an EV. Was slightly apprehensive after receiving poor service. Paul & Jason were amazing from the initial enquiry to arranging a deal. Promptly answered all queries/calls and emails. Even fast tracked the home charger installation date. Cannot fault them at all. Seven Stars from me. This is the second time this year I have had to call upon Leicester Audi to resolve issues with my wife’s car and they have risen to the challenge “and some”. Joe Chawner has been simply brilliant. The issues this time were grey areas on warranty cover, and obviously require careful consideration on the merits of the situation. Joe (ably assisted by Nick Eley’s professional approach to “doing the right thing for every customer” ) took care of all the issues and at some cost to themselves. Even extending to a service call at our home to complete a small job. Excellent customer service and as per my previous review, if you have any service issues, just “Go to Joe” . Seven Stars from a happy customer.
