FAQ

How do you ensure the health and well-being of the pets in your adoption program?

We have a team of trained and experienced staff who conduct regular health check-ups and provide necessary vaccinations and treatments to ensure the well-being of our pets. We also provide a clean and comfortable living environment for our animals and offer them a nutritious diet and regular exercise.

What types of animals do you rescue and care for?

We rescue and care for a wide range of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and birds. We strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all the animals in our care, regardless of their species or breed.

What is your adoption process for animals in your care?

Our adoption process involves a thorough screening of potential adopters to ensure that they can provide a loving and responsible home for our animals. We require an application, a home visit, and an adoption fee. We also provide support and guidance to help adopters transition their new pet into their home.

What is your policy on returning adopted pets?

We understand that sometimes adopters may need to return a pet for various reasons, and we have a policy in place to accept returns. Our policy varies depending on the circumstances, but we always prioritize the well-being and safety of our animals and work with the adopter to find the best solution for everyone involved.

Are there any adoption fees, and if so, what do they include?

Yes, we do have adoption fees, which vary depending on the animal's species, breed, and age. Our adoption fees cover the cost of vaccinations, treatments, spaying/neutering, and other necessary medical procedures. They also help us provide food, shelter, and other basic needs for our animals.

My partner dropped our cat off sunday, not even 2 days later. She had a phone call asking her to pick him back up because he was too much trouble. But he was just stressed and scared. I picked him up and they said they dodnt have time to sit with him and try and settle him. They just locked him in a 'pod' as big as 3ftx 3ft cube with a glass door inside a garden shed next to the dog kennels. My partner wrote a thank you card with a donation for them taking him in, they took to money and put thank you card in the bag with my cats treats and bowls for me to take away with him. He was covered in poo and was very distressed and they said he was horrible and havent had a cat like that for a long time. My picture shows giving him time and some attention he will settle. The way he has eaten and drank water since being back with me is like he hasnt been fed for the last 2 days. Not happy at all. If you run or work at a animal rescue place then the time and effort has to be made to make the animal feel safe. Not just lock them away and leave them because they've shown signs of stress and fear.
