Yesterday up at 04.30 to drive to Manchester to visit the amazing Leica Team at Leica Manchester. These guys certainly know their stuff when it comes to anything Leica! The team are friendly, knowledgable and very customer focused. I’m making the jump after 15 years with Canon so have some learning and adapting to do but I know these guys are there for me to help and advise. Thank you one and all and I look forward to be back in the new year for another body and lens! Thank you again!

Overall very good! Dealt with Ben for my trade-in and acquisition, start to finish. Very pleasant guy, very helpful as you’d expect, went beyond to help me actually find the shop as Apple Maps was not playing ball. Would definitely recommend.
