Keenly purchased from LEGS GALORE LTD., Sittingbourne. Received rude, abusive delivery from their chosen DPD DELIVERIES. DPD insist new policy DELIVER IN OPEN DOOR take photo. Or return items back to depot. Drivers belief right NOT to leave in Customers Safe Place! LEGS GALORE where extremely difficult answering 'my cries for help!' Seemed uncaring regarding items getting to their customers. One star is generous, distressing experience.

This company has no customer service at all. I ordered from "AN ONLINE COMPANY" They sent the wrong item and then tried every excuse not to send the correct item, The online company took their side, so I was left with something I did`nt want. Could not send it back if fear that I would lose the lot, the item, the p & p for sending it back. So I definately will not be dealing with them again or the "big" company ( NOT AMAZON) they deal with ? I only wish I could put no stars, because they do not deserve any.
