Legend Urn sent an urn which was recieved damaged. The urn cost an incredible amount of money, yet the quality was absolutely appalling. Despite several communications with Legend Urn, the staff member showed no respect towards the highly sensitive situation, no empathy and certainly no manners. I trusted this company to provide me with a ceramic urn retailing around £750 yet the state it was rexieved in was shocking....the opening to the urn was crumbling away and chipped. The funeral director commented on how they didn't think it was fit for purpose and a professional ceramics also believed the same too. Despite pursuing Legend Urn directly for a partial refund or even to cover costs for repairs, they failed to do either. What a disgusting company to put someone grieving their husband through when they already have enough grief to deal with. I strongly recommend to steer clear of this company. If I recieved terrible produce for £750 it is very likely anything less than this price will be absolutely rubbish.

Very expensive and overpriced. I recently purchased a brown marble urn from legend Urn, for a family friend, for £255 only to find the exact same thing on the Shaw's Funeral Products site for £189! Shop around before purchasing, they all sell pretty much the same thing.
