Was very disappointed with the customer service last night. We took the Uber pick-up option as 50% off on selected items, and clearly they shouldn't have these offers on as they can't handle the demand. Food took 50 odd minutes from ordering and we were sat down for a very long time waiting for the food. There wasn't even an apology for this delay. When we asked if we can eat in (it was 60% empty by then) the staff member said no. What's the issue with spending an extra 10m sat down after occupying seats for 50m already? Our friend who ordered separately got his food earlier than us and even sat down and ate his entire meal with time to spare before we even got our order. When my friend asked if he can order some more food, he basically refused... I'm confused, probably never going back, better food places on wilsmlow road with actual basic etiquette from staff

Placed an order on uber eats time was extended so i thought okay the shop must be busy at the moment. Waited to receive my order and it arrived cold, stale, and burnt. I also specifically said i have a nut allergy and order the brownie waffles which said they only have brownies on and white chocolate sauce however it arrived not only cold and burnt but coated in nutella which would’ve led to me having an allergic reaction. Extremely unhappy with my order and would like a refund. Dietary restrictions: Didn’t follow my allergy note.
