A huge disappointment with complete lack of customer care/operational running. Due to one member of staff being away for unforeseen reasons, they fail to relay messages to customers, and act like this is fine to not deliver a normal service. It was my one year anniversary and need my items for a weekend away. After taking 4 days to turn around a simple order i was promised my shirts on the Friday eve for me to collect before going away. I arrive on Friday way before closing time to find the shop shut and locked up with no note, contact number or apology! It was pre-discussed i would be there before the weekend, so no excuse not to contact me to explain the situation, in which case i would have understood. I received no call back from the boss to apologise and compensate. They said i could get this order free of charge, but when i arrived this morning not only did they try to charge me they wouldn't compensate for me having to buy new items to cover their error! I would highly recommend not using this service if you have timelines to stick to and their lack of caring for client situations is just an embarrassment. I shall not use their service in the future and i advise anyone who likes a good service to look elsewhere.
