thieves. was auto enrolled, they took like 3 months of payments before giving me my enrollment details and pocketed the 3 months of payments and claimed it doesnt exist despite having proof of it on my wage slips. then when i opened my account only had 1 contribution instead of the 4 or so i should have had and even that 1 contribution was like 10 quid too short anyway. they are thieves and they need to be banned and investigated and shut down and made to face the justice system. if you get auto opted into their pension, you will not be seeing that money they take, opt out as fast as you can, dont give any more money to these thieves, they can go and get a real job instead of stealing off the working people!

My wife and I had an endowment policy with them from 1988. The mortgage was seventeen and half thousand. We were promised after twenty five years the mortgage would be paid off and we would receive up to fifteen thousand on top .twenty five years later the endowment had a shortfall of six thousand so we had to take a tsb loan to pay off the mortgage stay away from this company they are not even worth one star .disgusting

Rang to sort out my workplace pension,first time spoke to a Sam promised to email details over 4 days later still nothing, rang again and the lad I spoke to Shaming sent them over and waited on the phone to make sure I got them so 5*for him.

Real poor communication, think they need to tell employees who are sitting on Netflix to start working and answering their phones. Set up a new policy and they are still taking payments from previous policies which are supposed to be cancelled. Still can't get through to resolve this. Come on L&G sort this out. Company is starting to get a bad rep now.
