    Alarm bells should have went off when the initial call offered everything and yes to offer a couples will for the price but when I only wanted single still the same price. Asked to pay upfront fro initial meeting on the spot which I promptly did. She sounded very helpful and said I can contact anytime if problems. However after reflection wanted to cancel the consultant and when rang back couldn't get through to same person and left message for call back to informing cancellation. Only got an email to confirm cancellation but still no sign of refund or contact as suggested on email.
