Their prestige metal caskets are appallingly made, cheap and thin interior velvets, only partially lined, poor locking system etc, the list goes on. They certainly are not worth the money a funeral director will charge you, and if you consider one, ask to see the entire casket first, fully opened, not just what you will be shown when a funeral director shows you into the chapel to see your loved one, i.e, what you see in the brochure, as It's what you can't see that you should be worried about, considering the huge amount of money you will be paying for these prestige steel/ copper/bronze caskets. Far, far better quality and finished caskets are available from other suppliers in the UK, with quality fully lined velvet interiors, proper locking systems etc, therefore you should ask your funeral director about other suppliers if they say they only supply legacy tribute caskets as they will be able to buy in from other suppliers if you insist, such as the London Casket Company or J C Atkinson I would not touch Legacy again with a barge pole, for metal caskets at least, you've been warned. I've put one star because I have to, deserves zero stars.
