I first started at Legacy Martial Arts 20 weeks ago, after their leaflet came through my post box. After not doing any sort of Martial Art training before I thought I would have a go. I wanted to improve my fitness and learn a new skill and this sounded challenging.I was made very welcome, they are a very friendly group of people of all levels. The training is well explained. Alex, Elaina and Ollie run a fantastic club.

I was recommended to come to Legacy by a friend after 3 years of not training. Alex, Elaina and Olly made me feel so welcome and have helped me so much in the last few months with drills, padwork and amazing advice. I'm more confident in myself and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. If your looking to get into martial arts or a place to get fitter and have fun Legacy is the place your looking for.

My son has been going to legacy martial arts classes for over 8 months and I couldn't be happier. The program is led by experienced and knowledgeable instructors who are great with children. They make the classes fun and engaging, while also teaching discipline and respect. The program is well-structured and focuses on teaching basic martial arts techniques, as well as improving physical fitness, coordination, and balance. Overall, I highly recommend Legacy Martial Arts to any parent looking for a fun and engaging way to develop their children mentally, physically and emotionally.

My son has ADHD and SPD, he’s year 4 and will start middle school in September. He is at the best school possible, who support him endlessly, but he struggles so much…. He has the kindest sole, but needed direction! I really don’t want to mediate him, and @legacymartialarts have been the best decision I’ve made! He didn’t want to go in, he was adamant! When we arrived the team had him at ease and joining in within seconds….they truly are amazing! He is so excited to go, and talks about a ‘black belt attitude’ all the time (thank you so much Sirs’ and Miss) we cannot thank you enough x

Highly recommended as an Adult & for Children. Following retirement from Rugby I was in much need of a new sporting venture. Legacy Martial Arts appealed to me and I took my 10 year old son also. We both loved the trial experience and became members and are continuing our enjoyable journey at Legacy. I had tried other Martial Arts places for my son previously but Legacy has been far superior, the training methods mean a lot more interaction and development time. His martial arts skills have developed quicker in 4 months than they had in 2 years elsewhere. The development physically in martial arts has also contributed to giving my son more confidence in a social environment, so as a parent I’ve been over the moon.

The instructors are very talented - not only very good at their art, but also some of the best teachers I've known. The environment is very friendly - the positive enthusiastic spirit of the instructors filters through the whole class and I find the more experienced students just as helpful to my training. The content of the classes is often thrilling and always enjoyable. I can't recommend the club enough to someone looking to improve their fitness and learn new skills.
