A very doggy small dealer!!!! Pls try to avoid if you want to buy a good condition second hand car!!! I purchased a Mercedes Automatic B class from the dealer, and it was provided with 6 month warranty. Surprising the gearbox was broken in 30 days after the purchase. I took the car to Mercedes authorized aftersales in London Stratford for repair and was advised the gearbox had to be replaced completely. Contacted the dealer for repair cost cover, but the funny thing was dealer refused and only willing to offer £500 instead. After several rounds communication, the deal rejected all my calls!!! PS: The dealer claimed the car had full Mercedes service before my purchase, but never ever provided such service history even after the gearbox issue happened! All communication history screenshots can be provided if needed.

Puchased a car mid/late-January with 1 year warranty and was told it was serviced in November '22. Drove less than 100 miles and the car broke down. Took it to a garage who told me there were so many error codes in the cars system they couldn't identify which of the multitude of faults caused the breakdown. After *five* trips to the garage they found the coils had been previously tampered with therefore the repair was not covered under warranty. I've had the car less than 2 months and it's been off the road for half of that time and has already incurred a costly repair. (Also the service warning light has already returned) Contacted the dealership to advise if they can help as the car has done less than 100 miles and to make them aware of the situation, of course this was ignored. Do yourselves a favour and don't ignore the multitude of 1 star reviews for this dealership like I did. I'm sure there would be more if they didn't change names so often.
