I had booked to leave our bags in here for the day as we had to check out early and had a late train. The people who took in our bags were lovely,helpful and very professional. When we went to get our bags back we showed up half an hour early and there was a piece of paper on the door that said 'back in 15 minutes' there were people waiting who had been there for 5 minutes already. We went to get someone from the info desk to see if they could contact them. they tried to no avail. Thr man finally turned up after 40 minutes claiming he had only been gone for 15 (there was a family who had been there for over 40 minutes waiting and we had been there at least 30 minutes at this point). We missed our train and had to get another one an hour later which meant we got home a lot later. The whole experience caused a lot of anxiety, upset and unnecessary feelings. And the employee showed no remorse he didnt care that he had made us miss our train or didnt care that there was people waiting. He didn't apologise and quite frankly did not look remotely professional. We didn't even know he worked there was there was no uniform or anything he was just wearing a tracksuit.

Easy to use but I had a dumb moment and for some reason thought I would be able to put a few of my belongings into storage for the day and just get charged one price. I didn’t read the small print and see that you get charged per bag (I had two small bags). I paid about £30 for them to hold my bags for probably less than 10 hours so I didn’t have to carry my heavy bags around London. I thought it would only come to £15. Don’t make the same silly mistake I made 😩

Lost my iPad at Kings Cross station (not on the train) and picked it up from the lost property office less than 24 hrs later. Excellent service. The "find my" app was v helpful, since I was convinced it would be found and taken home by someone but when I realised it hadn't changed location, I was v relieved. Thank you so much to the kind lady (she is a cleaner) who handed it in.
