The worst utility company I have ever dealt with. You can't get through to them on the phone, the callback system doesn't work, they've messed around with my DD at the beginning and today they sent me a stroppy message when the issue wasn't even my fault. I wish I could give them less than one star!

Worst company ever. Service is horrendous and they always seem to make errors with billing. You can never get through to anyone on the phone and they don’t even have an online tool to manage your account in 2023!

Set up account, still getting letters for previous bill payer. Called today and they told me their system had not set up my account correctly and I need to do again. Not great first experience. Hope it improves.

When I first started with them I was told I would be getting quarterly invoices which was fine which I received my first one in 89-90 days for which I paid end of the month. Four days later I received an overdue reminder. I called to state I paid the invoice a few days ago which the invoice has no due date on it. I said it would never hold up in court as it states pay now which payment due upon receipt. They told me it was due 15 days from the invoice date. That is a lie. My latest bill was 6 days from the previous one as they decided to take my new reading and bill me a second time!! I paid it when I got paid. I paid on February at more money!! They then emailed me an overdue reminder without checking the BACS payments two days before. I emailed to you complain how badly they do things and that I paid. I am a credit controller myself and definitely do my job a hell lot better than they could do. Looking at my past bill, none of them are 90 days but all over the place. Very frustrating when trying to maintain a budget. I started paying them on payday my estimate. That way I thought that would stop the inappropriate reminders of water bills not paid I refuse to do direct debit as I know they Ness them up. They need to be given a good clean out.
