Even now full lockdown is over and the government are encouraging businesses to open up, this branch still can't be bothered to service the needs of key workers by opening on a Saturday. I've written to their Head Office twice about this and they couldn't care less. When I was forced to take a day off to visit, there was no social distancing. Four staff were in the small space behind the counter, including the Manager, who then walked about a foot away from me when 2m social distancing was in force. Try the Hanley Economic instead - most of their branches are open on a Saturday specifically to support key workers and their staff demonstrate that they care about everyone's safety.

Good building society but. Why can you not get your opening hours correct on your website. I am a key worker and i manage to organise my life. It is not hard to go to your IT person and say hey !! I know you are working from home but why not sort your life out and get our opening times correct on the website. If we are shut on saturday then lets tell everyone lol
