    Very poor experience with a company I went to because of their reputation of being professional ! I had my VW Sirocco to have it diagnosed and repaired properly. The car was dropped to Leeford, at this time I knew the car had an oil leak and a misfire from looking at my driveway and seeing the oil patches and when driving I could feel the misfire. Leeford had a quick look at it told me what I knew already then charged me £122.00 for the privilege and said I'd have to rebook the car for two weeks time to have it "diagnosed"! That's why I took it there in the first place. They seemed very reluctant to take on the job of actually repairing the car but then why would you when you can simply charge customers to tell them what they already know.

    Really good garage and owner. I was stuck in Leeds as my ignition chamber had gone in my bmw 530d. Got my car towed to the garage and the next day had the owner call me to sort out the parts and price out. He didn't try to oversell me anything and used genuine parts from BMW. Owner is also a top guy explained everything they done and gave me my old ignition back. I also called him in regards to my other bmw which he also offered me free advice to fix my car without spending more money.
