    Really enjoy going here as a family. The instructors are friendly and encouraging and the sessions are really flexible. The app to book in is easy to use too. Our girls (5&7) love building their strength and feel empowered after each session, plus there is huge value in them seeing their parents not finding things as easy as they do sometimes! The culture of respect is great too. Really recommend.

They really instill confidence and self-worth into their young students, giving them the skills to defend themselves verbally, and physically (though hopefully it never comes to that). A lot of choice when it comes to lesson times. The instructors are top rate. Well respected, as well as very personable.

    My son started attending Leeds West AEGIS Martials Arts Academy since he turned 3years old. We only enrolled him encouraging him to just try something new however almost 2 years later he has gone on to develop himself as a young person in many ways possible than we could ever know, he has learnt new skills not only in martial arts but in everyday common tasks, his confidence to be a role model to his peers within the class and outside has grown immensley in a positive manner. He has developed his ever growing manners and learnt the art of discipline. As a family we have been proud to see our boy grow and transform into this young child we have today, we have had extremely proud parent moments at graduation days where we can see the changes in our child as he progresses his Martial Arts journey with AEGIS West and we owe a grand Thank you to Mr Hunt and Mr Gilbertson for their guidance and support during classes.
