Phenomenal service as always from the team. Boiler service done quickly and efficiently at two properties. Arrived when they said they would, really friendly and even sorted a an extra problem with the main gas pipe by calling the gas board and getting them round within the hour. Brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service. We called the team after our boiler stopped working 48 hours after we moved into our new house. They came the same day, diagnosed the problem and helped us navigate a solution on the same day. The boiler was an unusual make and they went above and beyond to figure out how to fix the problem. Fantastic service!

This lot wasted my time. First, they appeared the day before the arranged time, when I was out. And then, on the day of the arranged visit, they failed to turn up.

They received job order from the management company to do job at my rented place at 9:30 AM with an agreement that they will do it the same day, they sent me an SMS at 04:30PM and when I call them at 05:12PM they are unreachable with note their office is closed as opposed to posted office timings. They also lie that they called me but my call log don't lie, they did not call at all instead I was the one repeatedly calling them. They did not even had the decency to call me and correct it, they sent another SMS wanting to be called back, and in the end the cannot still do the work today (Monday, after waiting for 2 days) as they are fully booked. I don't think it is right for them to say they could do a job and not deliver on the agreed time. They haven't even did the job yet and I already know that their standard of professionalism is low.

Can never fault Ignite. Friendly engineers, explain stuff in a way you can understand if you’ve not got an engineering brain like me! And always come at the time they are going too. They also keep in contact with you to keep you updated about time frames and the staff at the office are super friendly and polite too.

Have a number of rentals. Linley and Simpson instructed Ignite. It is an electric water tank.They concluded it was tired and needed replacing £1700 plus Vat. Got 2nd opinion..only needed atop up on the small tank! They may be OK with gas boilers etc but electric water tanks on this occasion they were a mile of the mark and should be more honest if they do not fully understand a particular system. Will never use them again.

We use Ignite to service the boiler in a a rental property we own and also now use them for our home boiler as well. Ignite serviced our home gas boiler today. Despite the snow they were here early and Tony the engineer was fantastic, great job. Thank you.

Had a leak in my boiler which also was overdue a service. Ignites engineer James arrived within a few hours of my call and fixed my problem and completed the service very efficiently, He was polite, friendly and a credit to his company. The admin staff I dealt with also were very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again.
