The doctor is very nice, however, the receptionist is rude and really unhelpful. Cause I got booked in through the phone call, so I can’t find my appointment information through the machine. When I asked the receptionist which floor should I waiting, she said she’s not sure and needs to find the working schedule book, after one minute she couldn’t find it, and said it might be in the first floor, and let me wait in there. After waiting for 10 mins, no one calls me, so I went down and waiting in the queue for 10 mins again. When I told her no one called me after I waited for 10 mins and felt wrong if I’m not supposed to be in that floor, she answered me with a contemptuous tone “10 mins was not even long”. Then the doctor passed by, and said it’s in the 2 floor. So basically, the receptionist let me wait in the wrong floor just because she’s too lazy to find which floor the doctor is. There’s no one after me when I’m asking her. Good job for u

When I have managed to get in contact with the GP and received care from this practice they have been very polite and professional. However, getting an appointment is hit or miss and is becoming increasingly difficult.
