It takes quite a while to get through on the phone, you have to ring from 8:30, but stick through it and prepare that your appointment will be made for within 48 hours of your phone call. The clinic is clean and discreet, and insanely helpful, at least they were to me. Harriet was very down to earth, knowledgeable and non-judgemental. The bad reviews- you have to realize these clinics are overflowed and underfunded, it's an unfortunate thing, but if you need to be seen, don't hesitate booking in with them.

Disgusting service! Trying to get a coil fitted. Can't even attempt to get through to someone because the automated service immediately says there's no one available to take your call. And as for the no walk in service available anymore due to 'covid'...give it a rest with that excuse! Normal service has resumed everywhere else?!
