safe and friendly staff I got stalked out of a meeting by a certain individual in one meeting and the staff didn't seem approachable at the time I kept getting stern looks from some 0f the facilitator that didn't help and one of the facilitators didn't appear to be helping people keep safe in the group as he made a comment such as people can integrate outside the meeting they do it in other groups and he didn't think to ask whether the group were comfortable with any arrangement and how people in the group were feeling at the time the majority of staff are wonderful and helpful buy been stalked out of a group has put me off going back its never happened before in the groups so the charity may be going through tough times but I hope soemone else doesn't suffer a similar fate.

I rang to ask for help for my son and found it very unhelpful. Can't make an appointment to speak with anyone and the girl on the phone was not at all sympathetic. She might as well have been working at a shop. This is a service for people with mental health problems. Get someone new on the switchboard. A few days later another young woman rang me to see what help she might be able to offer. MIND were unable to help but the woman herself was very helpful and gave me telephone numbers of people she thought may be of use. I think it was perhaps the girl on the switchboard who needs help with her communication skills.
