If I could rate it a zero I would. Abusive, discrimination and stigmatised. Service users blamed for the massive failures of so called staff and then they attempt to cover it up. I would still be breathing and alive if they had done their job! Disgusting behaviour from them! Papertrail left!

rang and the women on the one was like 'what do you want' and while i was trying to explain she mid way said 'ok and what do u want me to do about it'. i asked her to put me through to the team and she literally put the phone down??? get better reception staff
