This was my first time having reflexology and oh my word, it was amazing. Shaheen is so friendly and really goes out of her way to ensure you are comfortable. The room is beautifully set up. I had the treatment as I am 1 week overdue and reflexology can help with relaxation and even induction of labour. The treatment was wonderful and I left feeling very relaxed and sleepy. I will definitely go back to Shaheen and try her other treatments too, thank you so much! Xx

I have regular massages at least once a month; I have to say this is one the best in Ls17. I have tried a few and their pressures are too soft or they massage with boney fingers/elbows. The pressure was strong and soothed my aches/pains away but not too much that I couldnāt switch off. I tried a mini package so I could get a feel of Shaheens treatments and her room & it was definitely 10/10. The bed was super lush and warm. I will probably treat myself to a longer package next time as i wish the massage didnāt have to end!
