Terrible customer service. Refused to give me a refund when we could not attend due to covid so got a credit note instead. The new tickets we bought were £14 cheaper and they refused to give the refund in money and insisted on giving me it in vouchers. Very frustrating as I can't buy any tickets for £14 without spending more money!
