My husband and I visited the clothing department here and were looked after by Max! Max was such a help and nothing was too much trouble! It's worth noting that I live just over 2 miles from my local dealer, yet have recently travelled farther afield to purchase a new bike from Leeds Harley-Davidson for the second time. That's how highly I rate them. Great selection of competitively priced bikes, clothing, accessories and generally a very pleasant place to be. Dealt with Chris for both purchases who was always quick to answer any queries I had. Friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy; the same can be said about all the staff there. Always feel well looked after and will no doubt return in future.

Great bunch of folk. I’ve had four bikes off them since 2008 and they’ve looked after them fine. The guys n gals always remember you even if, like me, you’re not Aire Valley regular. You’re buying a premium brand so you expect a premium service. As far as I’m concerned Leeds HD have delivered that for me. Oh a Katie has been great chatting to me at a time of personal loss, than you.

I have visted Harley Davidson Outlets all over the World while working. This clothing department is run by Katie ( Worth her weight in Yorkshire Gold ) If you dont call and check it out , you wont be able to say you have received the best HD service ever. PS the Guys are Good too !

Went to trade in my old iron 883 for the new sportster s, felt a bit nervous with it all being a new bigger bike and such a massive brand store but Chris was amazingly helpful and made me feel at ease. In between doing the paperwork I told him I needed to buy riding pants he took me to Katie who was amazing in helping me find an affordable pair that fit perfectly, even letting me keep them on after a little gymnastic stretching to get the tag off the leg lol. When it came to the bike itself it’s amazing, I just love it to bits, I was a bit nervous leaving on it at first but once I got the controls down and the new position I was flying. 10/10 service.

1st experience with a Harley-Davidson dealership and it hasn't lived up to expectations. Purchased a bike as a retirement gift for my dad and was comfortable making the purchase over the phone without seeing the bike. Satisfied with the payment and delivery process but the after sales service has not met expectations at all. The bike was missing one of the add-ons, this has been since resolved. I had also requested an amendment to remove one of the optional extras (tyre care) that came with the bike as it was no longer needed 2/3 weeks ago and this still has still not been resolved. I was incorrectly told to reach out directly to the warranty team who've mentioned this should be done by the dealership as it's within 30 days (I requested the update to be made the day after delivery). I've sent 3 mails to Victoria Mermaid and have had no response yet
