Just try speaking to anyone is a nightmare, I keep getting put through to numbers where I have to put in an ID number I'm a heart patient I do not have an ID number but I do have a lot of stress trying to speak to a human being, the number on my letter just tells me the number is no longer in use and gives me another number where I need an ID number.

My Daughter ZairaHussam admitted in Sheffield Childrens hospital and she have to go for pda heart surgery in leeds hospital but there is no bed available in Leeds hospital according to doctors, she still in sheffield hospital and getting worst day by day.we are so stressfull and going in depression.. We already lost one child in 2019 and now we loosing our hope. Please anyone could help us.
