At the tender age of 58 I had some drums bought for me and not having any idea how to play I started to be taught by Nigel. He has had his work cut out teaching me (not being a natural) but due to his patience, persistence, encouragement and support I have made progress. He has had faith in me which has given me the confidence to have a go and enjoy playing the drums. He is easy going and tailors the lessons to my needs. I am really please to have Nigel as my teacher and would highly recommend him to any aspiring drummer.

Nigel has taught my son drums for over 4 years and he is now a fine drummer! I think Nigels teaching is first rate and my son reaĺly looks forward to the lessons and seeing Nigel himself. If you are looking for a drums teacher, definitely try to get Nigel - if he can fit you in, he will! He comes to our house in Harrogate, is always on time, professional and when he takes the throne - incredibly good!!!!! My son started when he was 7 and is now 11. He will be playing in school bands as well as for his own enjoyment at high school.
