Really really bad. If they were not council they would be shut down. It takes months to get a reply. They are awkward, objective and do not like to fix problems. Reported big pot holes after their shoddy work men came on, did half and left half. They decided to leave one with cables showing infront of my house where kids play. Infact they haven't even replied. I also reported people blocking a dropped kerb with disabled access infornt of my business. People are not aware and keep clear markings would stop this. However there response was. "leave it and we will come and give them tickets." Yep don't solve the problem aggravate people and make more money for lcc.

Trying to get in touch with someone about the road signs on longthorpe lane after road was resurfaced impossible. The signs are all over laid flat on the footpaths & ect. Told probably 10 minutes wait to talk to an adviser. And could not find right place to email Waste of time
