I stayed at Keepers House in a group of 10 women. It was the last weekend in November and the first weekend for the Christmas Market. Our cottage was wonderful. All the rooms are lovely. I slept in the top attic room, the bed was so comfy and the room extremely spacious. The en suite shower room was fairly new and very nicely done. The lounge area had seating for us all including a large dining table, it was a bit of a squeeze with us all sitting at the table but it's fine. We felt the lounge area could do with better lighting, other than that, we couldn't find fault. The kitchen with Aga and separate conventional cooker, both used when we did a full English breakfast for 10, were great. The utility space with arched ceiling the same as the downstairs cloakroom are great quirky but useful spaces. We also loved having the boot room. I would definitely return to Keepers House with a big group again.

Excellent rooms and access to castle and gardens. The bathroom was huge, bigger than most living rooms and the beds were so large could have fitted a family.
