Recently went through getting a new car after 4 years of the previous one. Staff listened to my wants and needs and showed me cars that fit that without trying to upsell different models. Test drove same model as I was looking to get. Got exactly the car I was after for a lower price than I was expecting (given the current state of the economy). All the financial details were explained clearly. Staff kept me up to date on the progress of my order once it was submitted, then contacted me timely to arrange collection. During collection salesman (Gareth) helped set the car up (logging in etc) and showed me how to use everything before I set off. If you're in the market for a new German car then I'd recommend this place.
