I’ve always had a great service from LYPFT. The doctors and other staff are friendly, professional and thorough. It’s a shame that they are so stretched because it’s an obvious frustration and sometimes it can take a while for them to come back to you if they’re in a period of staff rotation, which is understandable, but they can’t be criticised for that. In terms of providing a professional medical service I think they provide an excellent service. Thank you 👏
