Rang up and got a price over the phone, when I got to the shop lad was on his lunch, he put his dinner down and sorted my key out. Owner was a nice bloke too thank you would recommend.. They also said any problems they would glad sort it out cheers

Terrible customer service Just received a call from this company to berate me for not being home for their engineer. He turned up 2.5 hours late for our 9am appointment! No courtesy call to let me know he would be late and apparently I'm to blame for having the audacity to go to work when he didn't show. Sorry, but if a workman can't be bothered to show up on time or rearrange an appointment then there are plenty of others out there who can do the job. It's not my job to go chasing your whereabouts.
