Love walkaround the lake and always stop in the discovery centre and bird hide, staff always have time to talk to me and my young family and let us know what is currently around and to look out for.

Serene nature trails. Suitable for walkers, cyclists and wheelchairs. Various trails with multiple car park routes. Nice for walks and a cycle but no activities.

Plenty of wild fowl on the lake, with 3 or 4 fixed rafts with birds to nest on, one had its own camera so we were able to watch the action from waters edge comfortable hide. Restrooms: There was a toilet which appeared to be closed. But plenty of space nearby to picnic and walk the 🐕 dog
