We viewed and bought our first caravan. Our salesman was Chris. I can say that nothing was too much trouble. When we went and collected it ,we was talked through and shown how everything works. We only went to a site just down the road in case of any problems. Which we encountered. The first day we couldn’t get the boiler working. Phoned them up and they talked us through it. Yay. We now had hot water. No more problems until we went to hitch up and go home. The electric hook up wouldn’t go in the connector on the car. It was raining heavily,husband was getting more annoyed so we phoned them up,yet again,and Chris came to campsite and rectified the problem. Would absolutely recommend them to any anyone looking to purchase a caravan. The young lady in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. Well done to all involved. Keep up the good work!!
