We had karndean parquet flooring installed at our house. Each piece had to be fitted individually requires a huge amount of expertise to fit. David did a great job. Very attentive and a great workmanship. There were a couple of minor points regarding finishings however these were dealt with promptly by Kelly in a professional manner. We are very happy we with the work and professionalism of the team.

I cannot praise or recommend Lee Chapel Floors highly enough. The team were friendly and courteous through the day they were fitting my carpets. They arrived exactly when they said they would and got straight to work. They worked the whole day and didn't mess about. They tidied up through the day and when they left, the house and the driveway were left clean and tidy and all the old carpets were removed. The quality of their work was fabulous, we are absolutely thrilled by the finish and the standard of work. Brilliant team, fabulous carpets, fabulous standard of work.

Lee Chapel Floors were referred by my building manager and provided the excellent service as expected. They have a good team from Martin who came to look at what was needed to Kelly in the office expediting and altering the contract where necessary. They also provided a sample of two different finishes which greatly helped in selection. The flooring team arrived, moved my furniture and taped and covered areas adjacent so there was no collateral damage. Then over two days the floors were transformed. Excellent work beautifully done.

A long 2 weeks - the job was stressful from start to finish, the whole beading had to be replaced after the first attempt by an in experienced fitter from Lee Chapel Floors, no apology and not that easy to deal with. I would not recommend.
