    Similarly, we have placed orders and are yet to receive the goods but most importantly an acknowledgement when chasing Ledlam. As a business, we appreciate delays and all we ask is for a response to our requests for an update! C'mon Ledlam, please send me a response. I did get a response from Gabor on the 29th June when chasing my 1st April order and ordered extra lights to avoid further delays. Original order placed 1st April £443 for 25 units New order placed 30th June £263 for 15 units

    Ordered a set of spot lights on the 29/5/21. It wasn’t delivered within the free 3-5 day delivery. There was also an estimated time of delivery stating it would arrive by the 28/6/21, it has still not arrived. I have phoned with no answer from the company and I have used to chat application on the website to try and contact them and I have also emailed them with no reply on each format. I would strongly suggest not to use this company.

    BEWARE! I ordered several products from this company and the money has been taken. Despite being advised on the website that the products will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days, I received nothing. I have phoned them - only to hear an answering machine message saying that due to covid they cannot take calls. I have tried their chat function - only to have an automated message say that there is no one their to respond online. I have left several messages on their email and online form which says that they will respond within 1 working day, and have had no response. Their customer service is non-existent. A previous review has said that their company is dissolved. If that is the case, they shouldn't be taking orders online. Avoid at all costs!!!

    trying to contact this company is impossible after light failed within guarantee period. Sent four emails, tried on line chat three time ( no one there) and when calling advised they dont take calls . Impossible . Avoid if expecting any kind of customer service, there isn,t any !!     I placed an order on 3rd March I still haven’t received my light. I have tried emailing several times and get a standard reply of we will get back to you within 24 hours ! No reply as yet . I have tried chat and get a message saying no one available leave email address and we will get back to you . No reply from that! I have tried phoning the number on website during hours stated no one answers !!!! BEWARE as taken money and no product or update .
