becoming increasingly frustrated that I have to book a slot and then can only make up to 4 trips every 2 weeks. Lots slots available so do not understand this restriction. Also a member of staff at the site is simply employed to check the cars as they come in. Sounds poor use of council money. I am told the restrictions is to stop people out of area using the site but in the same breath told I could always go to malvern if I run out of slots. Come on herefordshire council. Come up with a better arrangements.
