I lost half of my middle finger in a DIY accident and really wanted to find a suitable aesethetic solution that would give me my confidence back. Despite living in London and having to visit Birmingham for my assessment and fittings, it was most definitely worth it. John and his team did a fantastic job matching my skin tone and I was really amazed, as have my family and friends, been as to how realistic the silicone finger is. My feet have served me well, but at 74 they are worn out. To complicate matters I have size 12 feet with very high arches and EEE wide. Over a period of a dozen years I have had podiatrist supply 4 different orthotics made from plaster cast molds of me feet. None would allow me to continue my very active lifestyle . The method of providing impressions for custom fitted orthotics provided by Ledbrook make any other method obsolete. Simply stated they are by far the most effective I have ever had.

I contacted the clinic a couple of months ago, after having come acrross their website where it was explained the advantages of wearing a KAFO. I've been diagnosed with FND last year and after some months when I received a physiotherapic treatment I still had some issues with my right leg that was having a very bad posture and couldn't give me a good support. I sent an email to Theresa, who asked me to send her a video about my walking pattern. She then showed the video to Dr.John and I was contacted about starting the procedure for getting the KAFO. I went to the cllinic twice before having my KAFO delivered at the end of September. My quality of life has been so much improved ever since. I can manage to walk medium distances without feeling tired, as my posture has been correctly adjusted. I want to thank Theresa and Dr. John for being so supportive giving me the possibility to improve my life's quality. I would certainly recommend Ledbrook Clinic for their services.

After several months of struggling with a dropped foot when the tendon in the leg was snapped during a replacement knee operation, my daughter went to a demonstration of the Spring Loaded Carbon Fibre Splint at an exhibition in the North of England where she tried out a couple of splints on my behalf. The demonstrators gave her the details of the Ledbrook Clinic which was the closest one to my area in Solihull. There were a couple of visits for measurements etc. and I was fitted with a splint and orthotics specifically made to my requirements. The splint is making a big difference to the way I am walking and I feel my balance is much better. Both John and Theresa Young have been extremely helpful in sorting out the correct trainers and orthotics to suit my feet which are also arthritic and quite sensitive, the splint and orthotics are becoming quite comfortable after wearing them in for a period of time. I am now walking without a stick most of the time after using crutches and a frame for quite a while as my balance was extremely poor which made life very difficult. Thank you so much John and Theresa.
