I ordered 17 meters of RGB and 2 music controllers from there website 'LED ME' , the delivery was prompt and everything was well packaged in the box. HOWEVER.........the 17 meters of RGB has a defective LED which appears to be missing the green filter in it as it goes off completely when the colour Green is selected and appears RED when the lights are set to Cool White or Warm White. This is going to be an issue as they are to uplight the perimeter of a matt white ceiling. I have tried to contact the seller on 2 different numbers and left messages explaining the problem but no one will get back to me. If you are going to buy from this seller I would advise not buying online from them as they don't appear to care about you once they have taken your money and sent the product.

First contact I asked a simple question that I was having a problem to reduce quantity of shopping in my basket and was it an issue with the site?? Answer: we might be out of stock ?? Surely they should know?? Tried calling 3 x no answer Sorted it my self in end and still placed my order anyway, what could go wrong? Next day delivery Order at 2:30 but guess missed next day so received in two days Anyway Second contact, order turns up , only half my order is in package so I email : The following: I’m missing half my order Please advice All answers are cut and pasted from mail Answer: I'm sorry to hear so :-( Can you please confirm what did you received then? also - please take a picture of parcel and email me over so we can investigate this one for you and send you missing items form your order then If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact me. So there Answer: Hi I just ask person that prepared your order- he is confident he packed all 4 tubes -2*150cm and 2*60cm attached with cable ties to 2*150cm but i wont argue with you as its bit pointless- we will refund you £8.90 now Really !!! a bit pointless to argue with a customer??? Tried calling again 5 times, no answer So I send via email a picture of the tube back in package to prove you can only fit 2 in Answer: Thank you for picture- i was expecting this one in first place- i can see clearly now that it was only 2 tubes please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused then But a got a refund I didn’t really want, just was mad, and no tubes never use these people ever again.
