Absolutely terrible service from this company. Booked in a two seater leather sofa restoration (of the whole sofa) at a cost of nearly £300 (yes I know I've been had - embarrassing to admit it and not normally like me). This was to include a pre and deep clean, stain removal, minor repairs, full colour restore, resealing with lacquer. I was told this would take at least an hour. A chap came to carry out the work and half an hour later and he had finished. when I went to inspect I was instructed not to touch it as it was still 'wet'. By first sight the work looked OK so I paid by debit card (I know very silly) and chap could not provide a receipt for the work , just the debit card receipt, which is when I became concerned. On closer inspection it is clear that not all of the sofa has been restored, in addition there are streak marks where the lacquer has not been applied properly, as well as pen marks which have not been removed. The response I have received from the company has been rude, dismissive and callous and quite astonishing given the premium they have charged for this 'service'. The company has refused to rectify and indeed finish the job. You have been warned (regardless of the response from the owner you see below!)
