I had the seat cushions refurbished. They now don’t match the rest of the sofa, not well done at all. The person who came was not pleasant in the least and their after sales is appalling. My son called them as some of the coverage is really poor and he was polite but trying to get his point across . All he got in response is that” we are trying to get something for nothing” and then the phone was put down on him. Would never recommend this cowboy company.
